Automatic grocery lists

Your meal plan builds your grocery list.

Choose the meals you want to cook and supperz pulls their ingredients into one organized shopping list. Quantities reflect your servings, compatible ingredients are combined, and anything else you need can be added alongside them.

Built from your plan

The ingredients are already there. supperz does the list-building.

Every meal in your active plan contributes what it needs to the grocery list. Change the meals or servings and the generated part of the list updates with the plan.

Automatic combining

One ingredient does not need to become three list items.

When the same ingredient appears in multiple planned recipes and the quantities are compatible, supperz combines them into one amount while keeping track of the meals that use it.

Your own items

Add the rest of your shopping without making another list.

Add milk, coffee, fruit, household staples or anything else you need. Manual items live beside recipe ingredients and carry forward when you build a new meal plan.

Ready for the store

supperz organizes the list so you can shop it.

Generated and manual items appear together in one list, grouped into grocery sections and ready to edit or check off as you move through the store.

Grouped by grocery section

Items are sorted into sections such as produce, dairy and pantry so the list follows the way you shop instead of the order recipes were added.

Edit any item

Change the item name, quantity or grocery section when you want the list to reflect exactly what you plan to buy.

Check items off as you shop

Tap an item when it goes into the cart. Completed items move out of the active shopping view, with an option to show them again.

Mark the whole list complete

Finished shopping in one shot? Mark all remaining items complete from the grocery actions menu.

Know why it is there

Generated groceries stay connected to the meals that need them.

Open a generated grocery item and supperz shows which planned meal uses it. If the ingredient came from more than one recipe, you can see each source instead of guessing why the quantity is on the list.

Serving-aware quantities

Change the servings and the grocery quantities follow.

supperz uses the serving count attached to each planned meal when it builds the list, so the quantities reflect how much you actually intend to cook.

Past groceries

Your old grocery lists stay with the weeks they came from.

Open a previous meal plan to see its grocery list as it was for that week, without changing the grocery list attached to your current plan.

One less list to build

Pick meals. Open the grocery tab. Start shopping.

supperz keeps meal planning and grocery shopping in the same workflow, so the ingredients from the week you planned are already waiting when you need them.
